Despite initially marketing towards tourists and expats buying sausages, their main market became the bar and I believe their biggest mistake was not doing enough market research and finding the best prices. Sadly the shop/bar closed down but its still great to learn from their mistakes (and your success). Good luck with business. Those tip WILL be helpfull.
